- To anchor the set up of this full process
- Work with IT and other functions for development of the required features/ functionalities in various applications
- Responsible for driving the overall collection and reduce Outstanding days by x days and overdue amount by x%
- Improving the overall CEI %
- Data management
- MIS circulation
- Insights on collection and dealer behaviour to help take various decisions of credit limit order release etc. at a zone/region/depot/town level
- Educate the field team on parameters to be checked for extending the credit limit pay-term selection CEI Cheque bounce etc.
- Coordination with legal team/collection agency for handling the sticky cases.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in using collections software and tools.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of collection process.
Key Competencies:
- Background: Have handled collections role previously for any organisation.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse data and improve the process.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in resolving collection issues.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Dealer Focus: Committed to providing customer service and handle queries while ensuring collection.
