Job Description
You will be a part of the financial process associate team and work with finance and accounting customers in Western Europe. You will be an integral part of the team in executing the Accounts Payable Process operationally and technically on a daily basis.
- Graduate with finance background. Thorough knowledge of Invoice/Finance process is desirable.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Finance / Accounting industry.
- Invoice processing pertaining to Expense / Accounts payable Process
- Thorough knowledge of organizations work procedures structure processes
- Must have computer / PC knowledge
- Must have MS office Excel Word (knowledge preferred)
- Experience in accounts payable
- Information administration and accurate record keeping skills
- Must deliver good quality results on time
- Perfectionist organized autonomous with great interpersonal and team skills
- Ability to establish priorities work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Ability to handle trouble shoot and resolve recurring or occasional bottlenecks.
PERSONAL SKILLS:
- English Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and correctly telephone etiquette
- Comprehension and ability to clearly understand different problem statements
- Strong focus on customer service
- Must know how to ask questions / questioning techniques
- Ability to handle stressful situations and deal professionally with all levels of the team
- Good organizational skills Self Discipline interpersonal skills

- Excellent Presentation Skills
