The successful Sales Executive will:

Take Inbound calls from Customers and deal with any queries/enquiries regarding products deliveries or sales.
Outbound calls to customers to progress sales opportunities from leads received via the website.
Provide an outstanding Customer experience to all customers.
Manage online chat platform to sell products and services provide product information and help customers to make a purchase decision.

The successful Sales Executive will have:

1 years experience as a sales executive in a customer service and target driven role.
Be able to demonstrate their ability to achieve sales targets and add ons.
Excellent communication both verbally and written.
The ability to negotiate to achieve and exceed KPIs.
