As we continue to expand were looking for a passionate and performance-drivenCardiothoracic Sales Specialist to join our growing team and support the rapidly evolving Cardiothoracic portfolio in the Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia region.

About The Role:

As a Cardiothoracic Sales Specialist youll be at the forefront of cutting-edge surgical innovation managing key accounts supporting operating room procedures and serving as the go-to resource for Arthrexs cardiothoracic solutions including sternal closure advanced wound care and biologics.

This is a hybrid role that combines strategic relationship-building clinical education and hands-on sales. Youll act as both a trusted surgical consultant and an internal expert on the research data and technologies shaping this specialty.

What Youll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cardiothoracic solutions across assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiothoracic surgeons and healthcare professionals
  • Provide case coverage and in-field support in both surgical and clinical settings
  • Coordinate and lead product training sessions for customers and internal agency teams
  • Stay up to date with clinical research and emerging technologies to educate stakeholders
  • Travel within the region with occasional trips for company or Arthrex training events

Who Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales medical device technical sales or sports medicine
  • Strong communication planning and problem-solving skills
  • Confident self-starter who thrives in fast-paced independent environments
  • Ability to adapt quickly learn continuously and take ownership of results
  • Comfortable working in both the operating room and physician office settings
