What Youll Do
As Director youll lead multiple project teams and oversee construction operations in your assigned market sector. Youll serve as both a hands-on leader and a strategic partner helping shape our future while mentoring the next generation of construction professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee complex commercial construction projects from start to finish
Lead and develop project teams (PMs Superintendents and Engineers)
Provide financial oversight and drive project profitability
Guide project planning scheduling subcontracting and risk management
Collaborate with estimating business development and ownership teams
Build strong relationships with clients subs and industry partners
Support hiring onboarding and team growth within your division
Represent HC Companys identity and values in everything you do
What Were Looking For:
10 years of experience in commercial construction project management specific Director experience
Proven leadership of high-performing teams on large complex jobs
Strong financial scheduling and conflict resolution skills
Comfortable balancing high-level strategy with on-the-ground execution
Passion for mentorship innovation and collaborative leadership
Proficiency in construction software (Procore MS Project etc.)
