Monday - Friday ( Some Saturdays ) Full Time Position.
Pay Rate - Starting at $15 / Hr
Qualified candidates will have a background with spreading rolling tamping and patching asphalt or similar material to form surfaces of highways streets parking lots aircraft landing strips and driveways.
Requirements
- Must maintain reliable attendance and transportation
- Must be able to travel within 45 minute radius of Lake City depending on the project.
- Meet company safety and performance standards.
- Must pass pre-employment physical/drug test.
- The duties can change daily depending on the project and weather.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Support skilled tradespeople by carrying materials and tools as needed.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time and maintain project quality.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging lifting and moving materials.
