Job Description
- This Candidate will do the following:
- Apply implementation methodology in all phases of implementation(Analysis set up training support)
- Manage quality of services delivered to clients.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Co-ordinate between customer team and project team in order to complete projects within time budget and meeting customer expectations.
- Project phases includes:
- Analysis of a companys needs
- GAP/Fit between company needs and functionality of the software
- Train clients on how to use the software.
- Support clients in their operations during the go-live phase.
- Hand over from delivery to support ( operation ).
