What You Will Get To Do:
- Join a team that creates industry-leading data and analytics solutions in a cloud platform utilizing diverse data sets tools and technologies.
- Discover innovative uses for machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions that can drive business value.
- Interact with models in a production environment for a revenue-driving product.
- Integrate data and analytics solutions within CRM systems and a modern client portal.
- Work closely with our product team and clients to build data and analytics solutions.
- Join a high-performing and collaborative Scrum Team working in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor and share knowledge with other members of the development and product teams.
What You Will Bring:
- Natural curiosity and passion for learning new technologies and experience delivering successful data and analytics-driven product solutions.
- Excellent written communication skills and an appreciation for documentation.
- Professional experience creating and delivering product solutions with LLM and/or Gen AI.
- Experience with model tuning prompt engineering data modeling and data preparation.
- Proficient in Python with knowledge of libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience in AWS: Lambda Glue Athena Redshift DB Dynamo DB Bedrock and QuickSight.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
- Proactive and flexible in daily work assignments and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with SQL
- Passion for mentoring others and sharing knowledge within a team environment.
- Demonstrate an understanding of software engineering best practices.
- Minimally requires a Masters degree and 1 year of related experience a Bachelors degree and 3 years of related experience or a high school degree and 5 years of related experience.
Preferred requirements
- Experience in integrating solutions within native CRM applications like Salesforce.
- Experience in Java HTML CSS and JavaScript.
