Job Summary
Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Sharjah UAE

We are committed to delivering high-quality products through innovation precision and teamwork. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal functioning of machinery and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and enhance machine longevity.
- Conduct regular inspections of the factory equipment and machinery to promptly identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance requirements and schedule repair downtime efficiently.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic mechanical and electrical issues; coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and implement proactive measures to enhance workplace safety.
- Oversee the maintenance of factory infrastructure including electrical systems plumbing HVAC and general facility upkeep.
- Respond to emergency or after-hours maintenance calls responsibly and efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication joinery and glass processing machinery.
- Strong technical expertise in operating and maintaining:
- Laser cutting machines
- CNC routers
- Bending machines
- Welding machines
- Glass processing equipment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with industrial safety protocols and regulations.
- Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in machine maintenance or more.
