Research. Evidence. Structurethese are the pillars of our debate program. We teach students to build and support arguments analyze impacts and master flow rebuttal and frameworks. Beyond debate they learn research argumentation and teamwork.

The Dipont Debate program takes students from fundamentals to tournament-level strategies covering current event topics.

We also organize tournaments across China offering local and national competition.

Curriculum

Dipont Education has its own curriculum designed by speech and debate professionals with decades of experience. Speech and Debate classes also prepare students for competition in formats such asPublic Forum DebateOriginal Oratory British Parliamentary World Schools Model United Nations Extemporaneous Speaking as well as others.

We are seeking a candidate with leadership skills to lead and growtheSpeech and Debate program. You will not only oversee curriculum development but also adapt it to meet the unique needs of the students.

You will work closely with parents ensuring clear communication and role requires initiative creativity and a passion for driving the programs success.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Design: Create and implement engaging debate and public speaking courses for students in Grades 312 adapting content to suit a wide range of skill levels.

• Instruction & Evaluation: Deliver dynamic lessons that foster critical thinking communication and presentation skills; provide detailed evaluations and constructive feedback at the end of each course.

• Competition Coaching: Identify and mentor high-potential students guiding them through intensive preparation for local national and international tournaments in debate and public speaking.

• Demo Lessons & Parent Engagement: Conduct impactful demo lessons; offer meaningful feedback and share clear insights on student progress with parents during trial sessions.

• Marketing & Outreach Support: Partner with the marketing team to record demo videos create promotional content and deliver workshops or public lecturesto showcase the value and impact of the program.

Your Typical Schedule

This full-time role involves a five-day workweek including Saturdays and Sundays with two consecutive days off scheduled between Monday and Friday. Youll balance classroom instruction with dedicated time for lesson planning and student support. Instructors teach all levels leading to the annual tournament fostering growth and learning.

• Spring & Fall: Teach up to 20 hours per week balancing weekday B2B courses at our partner schools with weekend classes at the center.

• Winter & Summer Camps: Focus on center-based teaching with up to 30 hours per week Monday through Friday.
