Restaurant Expeditor Join Our Team!
Were looking for a detail-oriented and energeticRestaurant Expeditorto be the link between our kitchen and dining room.
In this fast-paced role youll make sure every plate is accurate beautifully presented and delivered quickly to our guests.
What Youll Do:
- Ensure food quality accuracy and presentation
- Keep service running smoothly between kitchen and servers
- Help organize and prioritize orders during busy shifts
- Maintain a clean and efficient expo line
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff servers and management to coordinate food delivery
- Oversee the expediting process to ensure timely and accurate food orders
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Support food preparation and plating when needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Collaborate with cooks to verify order accuracy and presentation
What Were Looking For:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure with great attention to detail
- Flexible availability (evenings weekends holidays)
