Long-standing team looking to welcome an Environmental Services Technician. At the Glen Eddy we are a unique team with low turnover and content staff. We are big on teamwork and making The Terrace a place where we have time to provide the care each resident deserves. We are a beautiful small 98-unit Independent Senior Living Community with a 42-bed assisted living locatedin the heart of Niskayuna convenient to Schenectady Latham and surrounding areas. Position Summary: Performs functions duties and carry out responsibilities ofEnvironmental Services Department Including but not limited to garbage removal which requires moderately heavy lifting floor cleaning: carpet shampooing vacuuming sweeping mopping. Cleaning windows apartments/cottages and common areas.
Education Requirements: High School graduate G.E.D. or job-related education.
Experience Requirements: 3 months.
Pay Range: $16.70 - $20.36
Pay is based on experience skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
