Driver Recruiter Job Description

A Driver Recruiter is responsible for recruiting screening & interviewing qualified applicants for Independent Contractor & Company Driver positions while also working closely with the Operations and Driver Recruiteris also responsible for conducting new driver orientations and adhering to a standardized agenda and processes.

Driver Recruiter Responsibilities

Assist with the job posting and advertising process
Screen applications and select qualified candidates
Schedule and conducts interviews
Collaborate and correspond with other departments such as Operations and Safety
Conduct new driver orientations
