Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Spain included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Spanish employer.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona and provide high-quality assistance to customers in the energy sector. This role is ideal for individuals with strong problem-solving skills an interest in technology and excellent communication abilities in Dutch and English.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support and customer service to clients in the energy sector.
- Handle inquiries efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate solutions.
- Follow company processes training and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level) and English (minimum C1 level).
- Valid European passport/NIE NAF and Spanish bank account.
- Residence in Barcelona or willingness to relocate (relocation package provided).
- Interest in technology electricity or the energy sector.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday 8:0017:00.
Training:
- Schedule: MondayThursday 9:0017:00 Friday 9:0016:00.
- Location: On-site in Barcelona.
- Training period salary: 1424.76 gross/month.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary: 1791 gross/month.
- Performance bonus: up to 300 gross/month paid monthly based on results.
- Work-from-home option after 6 months on site (performance-based).
- Full-time permanent contract with stability and career development opportunities.
Relocation package:
- Travel expenses reimbursement up to 200 (train/plane). Refund available after 3 months of employment.
- Housing allowance: 300400 gross/month included in payroll for the first 3 months in Spain. Proof of accommodation is required.
