Job Description
- Work closely with customer requirements lead and manage existing projects and be ready to start new ones
- Facilitate Agile routines including planning stand-ups retrospectives and reviews
- Coordinate the development team and balance their load
- Perform overall project planning based on the predefined charter; define estimate and schedule project work to achieve the scope
- Manage monitor and forecast project execution
- Ensure successful execution and delivery of projects on-time and within allocated budget
- Manage project risks and quality
- Implement best practices and tools for project execution and management
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of project management experience in IT field
- Strong experience with SDLC methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum and Waterfall)
- Experience in people management practices including coaching and mentoring team and conflict management team motivation and team building
- Experience working with requirements and risk management
- Ability and experience managing fixed price/cost as well as T&M projects
- Experience composing documents (requirements specifications estimations etc.)
- An Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English
