- This position will play a crucial role in managing media relations coordinating award applications and overseeing internal and client communications. It requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure consistent and effective communication across all channels.

- Excellent project management abilities
- Proficiency in social media management and digital communication tools
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bilingual in Chinese and English (preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a communications role
- Proven track record in media relations and award application processes
- Experience in internal and external corporate communications
- Familiarity with the financial services industry (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement media relations strategies to enhance the companys public image
- Coordinate and manage award applications to recognize company achievements
- Create and distribute internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged
- Craft client-facing communications to maintain strong relationships and convey key messages
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and communication effectiveness
- Assist in crisis communication management when necessary
- Contribute to the development and execution of the overall communication strategy
