Job Description

About the role
As part of our Development team you will design and create scalable secure and optimised embedded software systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and modifying firmware architectures for technologies like ARM Cortex-A/M RTOS SPI I2C UART WIEGAND and Raspberry Pi.
- Designing testing and debugging electronic circuits and PCB layouts using tools like Circuit Studio Proteus Multimeters and Oscilloscopes.
- Collaborating with the Development team topropose solutions identify risks and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Communicating technical changes effectively and supporting team members in their deliverables.
- Attending monthly onsite team meetings in Eastbourne to discuss products improvements and future developments.
What were looking for:
- Proven experience in embedded systems design programming (C Python RTOS bare metal MQTT) and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with IDEs such as Keil uVision Pycharm and circuit/PCB design.
- Hands-on debugging and soldering skills.
- A confident decision-maker with strong communication and collaboration abilities driven by continuous personal and technical growth.
- To be based within the South East and able to commit to Monthly onsite meetings in Eastbourne.
