Job Type: Permanent Full-Time working 38hours per week
Salary:VGSA based on skills and experience plus 12% superannuation.
The FlexEd Wellbeing Worker supports young people to strengthen their sense of purpose belonging and connection to education. This role meets students where they areonsite online and through outreachhelping them overcome barriers and build confidence to re-engage in learning.
Develop and maintain individualised care and attendance plans.
Support students to manage barriers to education and set realistic goals.
Collaborate with families networks and professionals to provide consistent effective support.

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has the following key skills and experiences:
Strong ability to build trusting respectful relationships with young people who have experienced barriers to education and social inclusion.
Skills in developing and implementing individualised support care and attendance plans that are relevant and meaningful to each student.
Capacity to work flexibly across onsite online and outreach settings with a strengths-based trauma-informed approach.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with families support networks and external professionals.
Organisational skills to balance student support with required administrative tasks and accurate record-keeping.
