Position Overview:- This role is responsible for communication escalations and timely resolution of any access and permission discrepancies identified through periodic monitoring and auditing activities. This individual is responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations supporting employees and contractors with a primary focus on provisioning de-provisioning and modification of Active Directory and Applications access.
Essential DutiesInclude but are not limited to the following:- Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes internal control risk management IT controls and related standards.
- Work closely with other teams and application owners to understand and document role-based access entitlements for production and non-production systems/applications.
- Identify and implement improvements to user access request workflows and automation opportunities of existing IAM processes and tools.
- Serve as an escalation point and mentor to the IAM Team and other IT Support teams.
- Demonstrate excellence with respect to management of changes to accounts user access groups and ownerships based on requests and approvals.
- Adhere to and drive improvement in team performance around to IAM Service Level Agreements.
- Communicate professionally regarding customer situations of a complex non-routine nature requiring deviation from standard procedures.
- Manage and coordinate staff participation in Audit Support activities. Preserve all records indicating changes made to access control lists to facilitate audits and other investigations.
- Ensure compliance with related internal Corporate Standards Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends if needed.
- Ability to work in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
