Job Description

SVI Trucks a family-owned leader in custom fire and emergency vehicles for over 50 years is seeking an organized and proactive Inside Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. Based in Fort Collins Colorado SVI Trucks designs and manufactures highly specialized apparatus including rescues pumpers tenders command units and wildland fire apparatus.



As an Inside Sales Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealer sales processes and providing exceptional support to our nationwide dealer this role you will manage dealer quotesand customer builds within your assigned region. Strong customer service skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to the role.



Responsibilities:

  • Quote projects submitted by dealers.
  • Conduct pre-construction meetings and final inspections virtually and onsite.
  • Serve as the primary contact for your region of dealers addressing questions assisting with quoting and providing product or sales support as needed.
  • Support the execution of SVIs annual dealer sales initiatives helping dealers grow their market presence and sales volume.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales support customer service or a related field (fire apparatus industry experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with dealers customers and internal SVI teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with quoting software preferably Quote Writer and FT Builder.
  • Working knowledge of NFPA as well as Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) and Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (CMVSS).
  • Experience with CRM systems (Maximizer Microsoft CRM Salesforce etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook) Adobe and other business-related digital platforms.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing accurate timely and dependable support to the dealer network.
  • Occasional travel .
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.

Compensation: $26.00 $28.00/hour Base Commission Opportunities
Hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Monday Friday
Job Type: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt
