Job Description

The Role

Were looking for a results-driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join us on our new redevelopment project Church Street! A joint venture with Westminster Council based in Edgware Road. Were currently in pre-construction and over the next four years we aim to deliver 430 new homes and provide new community facilities. Withpiling set to commence at the end of 2025 youll have the unique opportunity to join the scheme at the very start of construction.

In this role youll play a key part in procuring new subcontractor packages valued at35m (such as drylining rainscreen cladding kitchens architectural metalwork and logistics) while also managing already procured packages totalling over25m(including faade panels balconies piling and enabling works). Youll contribute to monthly cost reporting by compiling package statements and feeding into the CVR ensuring robust financial management and compliance with the project programme.

Youll have experience working on mid- to high-end residential schemes for a Developer or Main Contractor. Were open to candidates with a background in either internal or external packages and there is potential to mentor a graduate within the team.
