Son oprateur de simulation en soins durgence (H/F) pour la formation sur simulateur de patient.
Votre rle:
Vous serez responsable de lutilisation de nos simulateurs de patients et des autres ressources de formation mdicale mise disposition lors des sessions de formations et des exercices de nos clients. Vous serez le principal interlocuteur et expert des formateurs de nos clients assurant ainsi le bon droul et la russite de leurs formations.

Our French organization CAE France located in Bordeaux has already trained more than 150 pilots and 1200 maintenance technicians and is now seeking a:
MilMed Instructor/ Patientsimulator Instructor (M/F/D) for patient simulator training
Your role:
You will be responsible for the use of our patient simulators and other medical training resources provided during our clients training sessions and exercises. You will be the main contact and expert for our clients trainers ensuring the smooth running and success of their training.
Your tasks:
- Consulting and validating training content and scenarios with the client
- Organizing travel and transportation of training materials to the clients site
- Practical implementation of training content
- Using patient simulators and other training equipment
- Advising on the evaluation of the various training phases
- Maintaining and repairing training equipment at the clients site
- Supporting the sales team at trade shows and demonstrations
Your profile:
- Paramedic professional
- Several years of experience in emergency or tactical casualty care
- Teaching or training experience
- Operational experience in the military required due to the nature of the clientele
- SC2 TCCC or TECC qualifications preferred (with instructor level an asset). Any
other qualification in this field is preferred.
- Bilingual in French and English with knowledge of German appreciated.
- Independent with a strong ability to work in a team take initiative and assume
responsibility
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of stakeholders
whether clients colleagues or superiors.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and work effectively in diverse
environments.
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve problems that may arise.
- Ability to manage stress and remain calm and efficient under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to professional excellence.
- The position requires extensive travel.
Working Conditions and Benefits:
This permanent position is available starting February 24 2025 with a fixed annual work rate of 213 days.
Status: Executive
Vacation: 30 working days of paid vacation and RTT (Reduced Time Off)
