What Youll Do:
- Develop and lead conceptual design with hand sketching and visual storytelling
- Collaborate closely with project architects consultants and clients
- Manage the design narrative and process from vision through execution
- Represent the firms aesthetic and values in every client interaction
- Maintain strong relationships with builders and consultants
- Ensure quality detail and client satisfaction across all phases
What You Bring:
- 8 years of experience in high-end residential design
- Strong hand sketching and design development skills
- Confident and communicativewithout ego
- A passion for detail hospitality and functional elegance
- Ability to manage complex high-touch client relationships
- Experience working with consultants vendors and site teams
