Seeking Senior Project Managers and Program Managers

Our team is growing! We have multiple positions open for senior-level project managers and program managers in the Information Technology space. Our PMs support various project types including:

Software development or implementation
Infrastructure projects
IT Security initiatives
Digital transformation programs
Business process improvement programs
Data migration projects

Our consultants work in a variety of industries including energy financial services aerospace manufacturing education healthcare and technology innovation.

At Persimmon senior-level PMs are responsible to lead our most complex efforts typically enterprise-wide programs or initiatives impacting many stakeholders functions and processes.

Qualifications

Here is what we look for in an ideal candidate; however be aware that you could be an excellent candidate without meeting all of these criteria.

7-10 years overall Project Management experience
3 years leading complex enterprise-wide projects or programs
Experience working with or as a Business Analyst to gather requirements capture current state/future state business processes etc.
Ability to manage complex schedules in Microsoft Project track budget performance and develop forecasts
Ability to simplify and streamline schedule budget and status information to stakeholders at all levels
Ability to manage mixed teams of customer vendor and partner stakeholders across multiple functions
Experience developing or contributing to the development of a thorough RFP package
