JOB TITLE:

Open Rank

JOB PURPOSE:

The College of Law invites applications for a tenure-track or tenured position teaching Torts Law starting fall semester 2026.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teach Torts law and law related courses over the academic year; Maintain active scholarly research and professional development; Advise and mentor students; Provide service to the department college and university

SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:

As directed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials including a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school or an equivalent degree. Entry-level candidates should demonstrate excellence in teaching and scholarship.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Distinguished academic credentials and demonstrate deep commitment to outstanding teaching scholarship service and expertise in Torts law
