One of our Clients needs a Financial / Program Analyst for a permanent position.
Job Title: Financial / Program Analyst.
Clearance Level: Public Trust or Secret.
Location: Remote.
Position Overview:
Our client requires a Financial / Program Analyst in support of a federal customer. Responsibilities include planning coordinating and administrating financial activities within specified program objectives ensuring that goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. The position will assist in the management of all budget-related activities to include budget forecasting tracking procurements and labor and invoice processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently.
Responsibilities
Provide support to the LSI I2MAC Program to include project support general program analysis financial and invoicing support.
Prepare review and deliver financial reports and analyses as requested.
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance and evaluate potential scenarios.
Perform variance analysis to identify trends discrepancies and key drivers of financial outcomes.
Works closely with Program Manager and Team Leads to perform a variety of financial administrative and analytical tasks in support of the program.
Manage invoice processing activities including creating reviewing validating and submitting invoices in accordance with program and contract terms and funding guidelines.
Track invoice status and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or delays.
Maintain accurate records of invoicing transactions and support audit readiness.
Position requires strong communication and documentation skills attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Monitor tasks and deliverables to ensure contractual/project requirements are met for assigned programs.
Interact regularly with internal team to compile monthly status reports and ensure conformance to customer requirements.
Assists with all program and project documentation to include oversight of the Program Document Library.
Assist program team with the development of budgets and schedules as well as tracking metrics.
Performs a variety of administrative and financial related analytical tasks in support of travel tasking.
Verifies travel cost based on a Travel authorization request (TAR) using the Concur travel system.
Assist with scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes.
Assist and coordinate weekly touch points with partners regarding projects in execution.
Skills / Experience Preferred
Possess skills in data analysis budget analysis and problem solving with the ability to summarize information in concise reports.
Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Certifications
Bachelors Degree
Ability to receive a security clearance
