International Equity Group Junior Portfolio Manager

As a Junior Portfolio Manager you will support the Research Enhanced Index team. This positionpresents a unique opportunity to join a leading active ETF team in Europe and gain insight into its investment decision-making and portfolio constructionprocess

The team manages approximately USD 50 billion in assets under management (AUM) across GlobalInternational and European Equity ETFs Mutual Funds and segregated mandates. Our diverse team consists of dynamic talented and driven individuals whoshare the same values and investment principles. Job responsibilities

  • Support the team with preparing orders portfolio rebalancing trade idea generation and stock analysis.

  • Expert knowledge in guidelines and client restriction lists across a range of customized portfolios.
  • Help the team to build custom portfolios automate and improve the investment workflow.
  • Oversight of the ETF life cycle.
  • Daily portfolio reviews including cash level monitoring and related necessary actions.
  • Liaise extensively with our key partners across Fundamental Research Quantitative Research and Equity Technology.
  • Lead risk and performance analysis across portfolios and ad-hoc quantitative portfolio analysis.
  • Help the team prepare presentation materials and shape key messages.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Strong academic background with a degree in finance accounting economics mathematics computer science engineering or any other quantitative or technical field with a strong interest in finance.
  • Pursuit of CFA designation desired.
  • Detail oriented problem solving strong communication (both verbal and written) and the ability to thrive in a team environment are critical.
  • Confidence with Python or other programming language and Excel.
