Plastics Injection Molding Project Manager-Full-Time
Location: Rockford IL 61104
What you will be doing:
Develop a project plan assemble a project team and guide the project team through all stages of the process for all assigned projects.
Work closely with our stakeholders and customers to identify all project requirements.
Create presentations to describe project proposals for internal reviews and approval.
Gather project costs for quotations.
Evaluate the project impact on current manufacturing operations including the creation of line layouts.
Direct and assist the setup installation and launch of new product lines machines or tools related to assigned projects.
Maintain constant communication with internal and external contacts.
Participate in specific cost-reduction programs.
Experience you will need:
Bachelor of Science in engineering or equivalent.
A minimum of 5-10 years in an injection molding manufacturing environment.
Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Projects.
Experience with AutoCAD or other 2D design software.
Experience with MRP or ERP systems.
