To support this vision were looking for a Head of Product Operations who will partner with product leadership to drive alignment operational excellence and execution across our 500 person product organization. This role will play a pivotal part in scaling our processes improving decision-making and communication norms and ensuring our teams can focus on building products that shape the future of human connection. The product organization encapsulates our product management design and creative data science and analytics partnerships and developer relations functions.
You Will:
- Optimize Product Execution & Communication: Build and refine product review frameworks that accelerate decision-making communication of decisions improve release velocity and increase impact.
- Advance Organizational Effectiveness: Partner with adjacent operations teams to design and scale best practices that improve efficiency clarity and consistency across the product organization.
- Enable Organizational Health: Design and scale processes for performance management role standardization and headcount planning to support a growing product team.
- Foster People & Culture: Develop and deliver programs that build belonging and connection across the product organization including mentorship initiatives onboarding experiences recognition programs and community-building events.
- Scale Knowledge Sharing: Create systems and forums that promote transparent communication cross-team learning and recognition of achievements.
- Enable Leadership at Scale: Build toolkits playbooks and operating mechanisms to help product leaders manage and grow their teams effectively.
- Connect Cross-Group Initiatives: Serve as a connector of projects that span multiple functions coordinating across leadership team to ensure alignment clarity and progress on critical priorities.
- Drive Change Management: Lead adoption of new processes ensuring smooth rollouts and high engagement while maintaining alignment with company-wide goals.
- Grow Future Talent: Partner with L&D to implement training and mentorship programs that attract develop and grow the next generation of product leaders (including working with Early Careers team to run associate talent programs).
You Have:
- 10 years of experience in product operations program management consulting or business operations within high-growth environments.
- A proven track record of building and scaling operational frameworks that drive organizational success.
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with budget and headcount planning performance management and cross-functional alignment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for building inclusive scalable processes that elevate both team performance and individual growth.
