Job Summary
Job Title: Part Time Aide Inspiration Station
Wage/Hour Status:
Reports to: Executive Director Education Foundation
Pay Grade:
Dept./School:Education Foundation
Days: 227
Primary Purpose:
To support inspiration and innovation in ECISD through the STEAM and innovative programs related to the Inspiration Station.
**Position dependent on funding from the Education Foundation of Odessa.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- High School Diploma or higher
- Valid Texas Class C Drivers License
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong organizational skills effective communication skills (listening verbal and written) time-management skills interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well with a diverse population
- Ability to work in partnership with other departments and organizations
- Skill in developing computer generated documents graphics and databases
- Self-motivated with the ability to perform job duties under little supervision
- Proficient use of personal computer with excellent software skills including word processing spreadsheets presentation software file maintenance and databases.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Bilingual (verbal and written) preferred
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide support to Director in the implementation of Inspiration Station initiative (e.g. Preparing materials attending events inventory etc.)
- Participate in professional development as required
- Assist as needed with various district-wide activities
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Maintain emotional control under stress.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
- Frequent districtwide travel and occasional statewide travel.
- Occasional prolonged or irregular hours including evening and weekends
