Your role
The Workforce Wellbeing & Safety Lead at Centacare NENW plays a crucial role in fostering a safe and healthy work environment. This position is responsible for the development implementation and management of wellbeing and safety initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
The Workforce Wellbeing & Safety Lead will also be instrumental in driving initiatives that align with Centacare NENWs values while ensuring the overall wellbeing of its workforce is prioritised. This position requires strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a passionate commitment to enhancing workplace culture through proactive wellbeing measures.
