Job Summary
Thats what you can expect
- Disciplinary and professional leadership motivation and further development of the finance team
- Responsibility for monthly quarterly and annual financial statements (HGB) as well as management reporting and group reporting under IFRS
- Strategic and operational budget planning and local financial responsibility
- Optimization and further development of finance systems processes and automation
- Liquidity and cash flow management including control of payment terms
- Coordination with tax advisors auditors and authorities
- Cross-departmental collaboration and KPI reporting
What you bring to the table
- You hold a degree in business administration finance or accounting and bring 5-8 years of professional experience - including proven success in leading teams
- Backround in auditing international work experience and familiarity with group structures are especially beneficial
- Solid understanding of HGB and familiarity with IFRS
- Proven experience in financial processes and driving digital transformation projects
- You are fluent in German and English
- You work in a structured and solution-focused manner always keeping an eye on getting things done
- Experience with payment transactions transfer pricing VAT and audit processes is beneficial
