Are you an enthusiastic Product Marketing Manager (B2B) for our DACH region that successfully enables our sales and marketing teams by providing outstanding content Would you like to contribute to the global growth of a world market leader in the software industry with market analysis developing distinctive product positionings and creating appealing value propositions Then Planon (part of Schneider Electric) has the perfect job for you!
As a Product Marketing Manager (no managerial tasks) you play a significant role in the successful go-to-market strategy for our software solutions. These solutions are sold and implemented through our Business Areas across Europe North America Asia and Australia or through our reseller and system integrator partner channel. Youll closely collaborate with various departments like Sales Marketing Partnering Development and our Solution Centres.
To successfully contribute to a go-to-market you will analyse market trends to position our solutions in a market-centric way and develop strategies together with the Solution Centres and Business this strategic role youll have the opportunity to support create and improve our winning value propositions.
With your passion for translating software technology into market-centric value propositions you will enable our Sales teams to successfully sell our solutions. This encompasses a close collaboration with Sales colleagues and creating content such as presentations business cases playbooks and product collateral. Moreover you will help and train them to use the content and evaluate it for continuous improvement.
In conclusion as a product Marketing Manager you will strongly impact Planons success by:
- Analysing market trends following competitors and participating in market events to continuously improve our positioning and messaging;
- Positioning our solutions in a market-centric way with value propositions and commercial pricing models that drive growth and market share;
- Developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies together with Solution Centres and Business Areas;
- Creating distinctive sales enablement content to help Sales successfully sell our software solutions.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- A relevant bachelors or masters degree for example in (Product) Marketing Product Management Real Estate Management International Business IT or any combination;
- 5 years of marketing experience in a B2B software market-oriented role in the DACH region;
- Relevant experience in the Real Estate or Facility Management sector is a plus;
- The ability to think outside-in and customer-centric and possessing excellent skills to translate market problems into appealing value propositions;
- Familiar with and strong affinity for IT technology innovation and industry trends;
- Creative business acumen analytical accurate and a hands-on and results-driven mindset;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders;
- Fluent in English and German all other languages are a plus;
- Living close to our one of our offices in the DACH region.
