About Organization

The Base Station IT Strategy Section within the Base Station Operations Department is responsible for introducing critical systems that support communication infrastructure. Its mission is to strategically achieve more efficient business operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Duties

This role involves analyzing on-site business flows and data to build the optimal system introduction foundation. Depending on your experience and skills you can be broadly involved from participating in small-scale projects to leading large-scale projects. Experienced individuals will be immediately impactful while those aiming to upskill will steadily enhance their expertise with the support of senior colleagues through OJT.

Specific Work Processes:

Identification of existing business flows and data.
Consideration of system utilization for identified flows and data ( Business Requirements Definition).
System Requirements Definition to achieve business requirements.
Development / Evaluation.
Preparation for operation including internal coordination and operational testing.
Operation.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Professional Experience
Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following areas:

Project management or requirements definition for system development and implementation.
Development experience with business efficiency tools/applications (including Excel VBA RPA tools).
Development experience using any programming language (e.g. Python Java C# JavaScript).
Experience in building data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. SQL BI tools).

Note: Experience in the telecommunications industry is not required. Many professionals from other industries are actively succeeding here. For those with programming experience project management skills can be acquired after joining the company.

Language Requirements

Japanese: Business Level (JLPT N1).
English: TOEIC 600 or equivalent English proficiency.

Required Competencies

Ability to identify issues lead projects to solve those issues and see them through to completion.
Possess communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders and drive projects forward.
