IT Production Services Management Director

Position Responsibilities:

• Find areas to explore for improvement analyze the problem landscape and come up with solutions.
• Propose solutions to stakeholders and get and rollout solutions with various parties at the mindset of cross-functional team.
• Document key information and share knowledge to uplift the engineering culture.
• Measure the effectiveness of solutions and keep and share the status of your activities and escalate when requires attention.
• Self-directed self-motivated self-starter and does not procrastinate. Be a creator with insight not an order taker.

Required Qualifications:

• 15 years of IT domain and 5 years similar experience.
• Understanding of : IT Operations and IT Service Management framework and relevant processes.
• Experience with customer communications on IT incident or service reporting.
• A proactive approach to identifying problems areas for improvement and performance bottlenecks.
• Knowledge of financial services specifically Insurance industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present persuade and influence peers and vendors.
• Previous success in technical engineering or application support.

• Proficiency or above in Japanese and English.
