Team and Reporting:

You will own aspects of the product for one or many functional pods. While executing the product vision you will work closely with engineers and designers. You will report to the Head of Product.

Good to have:B2B / SaaS experience.

External Skills And Expertise

Responsibilities:

Own the product roadmap for the assigned functional pods.
Be the SPOC for all stakeholders: customer teams engineering and design.
Have calls with customers to understand their pain points read between the lines and devise a solution in line with the product vision.
Work with the engineering manager to plan sprints and featurereleases and ensure the execution of the product roadmap.
Writedetailed specs for changes incorporated in the product.
Managetechnical documentation and knowledge base content for the product.
Conductinternal training and education for Product On-boarding.
Demonstratenew feature launches to internal teams.
Workwith the Product Marketing team for customer communication around new launches.
Measurethe impact of featuresthroughKPIs.
Understandother complementary tools that customers use in the marketing automation space.

Requirements:

B.E/ and an MBA/PG from a premier institute.
3 years of product management experience.
Crisp and clear communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Obsession for quality and attention to detail.
