Job Description:

Overall 10 years of experience in playing Product Owner/Product manager role
Must have experience of Requirements elicitation
Liaising between technical and business groups
Has experience in SRE (Environment)
Experience of Backlog grooming and prioritization
Participation in as is vs. to be and process mapping
Translate product vision into codable and measurable components with meaningfully sequenced and appropriately detailed user stories.
Facilitate the gathering and elicitation of business requirements from key stakeholders and business partners focused around solving organizational challenges
Prioritize user stories and work expected within the Sprints for squad based on urgency pervasiveness (the greater good) and organizational goals
Liaise with business design and delivery partners to ensure clarity of business objectives and user needs.
Maintain an evergreen Product roadmap and backlog shape and influence the direction of Sprints and Program Increments and enable timely delivery value-driven data solutions.
Enable product delivery readiness and rollout by facilitating demos managing communication/collaterals overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinating relevant training efforts.
