Our client a leading consumer packaged goods company with production plants across the country is expanding and looking for an experienceddriven Production Supervisor to join their Oklahoma team. Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate a production team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Maintain top-notch quality safety and sanitation standards for your shifts operations.
Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure on-time efficient delivery of product orders.
Oversee resources materials and supply levels to meet and exceed production goals.
Hold your team accountable while creating a positive safe and results-driven culture.
Ensure compliance with GMP safety protocols and plant policies.

Requirements:

Experience: 3 years in a food or beverage production plant in a supervisory production role.
Education: High school diploma or GED required (Bachelors degree preferred).
Leadership: Proven ability to coach motivate and develop teams in a production setting.
Industry Fit: Experience in refrigerated or climate-controlled environments is a strong plus.
Work Authorization: Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
