Raytheon has an excellent opportunity within Advanced Products & Systems (APS) on the Supplier Strategy & Performance Team as an Analyst this role you will support the Centralized RTV Return to Vendor Team and own tasks associated with negotiating awarding documenting and managing orders and suppliers for material and services. You will be a focal point for interface and communication between program teams and suppliers.

This is an individual contributor position.

What You Will Do

Developing and managing RFIs and RFPs

Preparing Purchase Orders and Purchase Order documentation in accordance with company directives and work instructions

Working with Suppliers on RTV Purchase Orders

Monitoring Purchase Order metrics

Tracking and managing Quality Notices

Leading Supplier interaction and collaboration

Managing Suppliers to meet Program requirements with the desired quality and delivery

Post-award management of Purchase Orders in accordance with company directives and work instructions

Support PO related invoice approvals and inquiries

Solve problems affecting order placement

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 0-1 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field

U.S. Person (U.S. citizen permanent resident refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. We Prefer:

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

The salary range for this role is 55000 USD - 107000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
