Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Component Sales Executive The role requires strong customer
service skills technical knowledge of the components and the ability to understand customer needs
and provide solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Relationship Management:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Understanding customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieving sales targets
Providing technical support to clients.
Providing information to customers about product features and benefits.
Technical Knowledge:
Training will be provided. Attitude of learning and eventually posses strong
understanding of component products.
Providing product presentations.
Responding to customer questions about product functionality and specifications.
Sales Process:
Identifying potential customers for the niche application segments.
Negotiating prices and terms.
Ability to calculate the pricing and discounts.
Keeping track of sales and inventory levels.
Other Duties:
Attending trade shows and events.
Collaborating with other teams such as logistics and supply chain.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong communication in English and Hindi. Knowing additional
languages will be an added advantage.
Skills of communication on Telephone for product pitch negotiations and winning customer
confidence.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of M S Office (Excel especially).
Diploma or Engineering or equivalent will be added advantage.
