Equipment handled -: Reactors Centrifuge Dryers Sifter and Blender etc.

Job Profile:

Responsible For All Activity in PlantduringShift as an Officer.
Ensuring that all manufacturing related documentation is in compliance with GMP regulations
Raw material planning as perproductiontarget.
To handle manpower as per plant requirements.
Process Planning according toProductiontarget on a Monthly and Daily basis
Planning of PreventiveMaintenanceon as perEngineeringSchedulerequirement.
Knowledge about equipment like Reactor centrifuge Machine Rotocol Vacuum DryerSteamTray Dryer Multi Mill Shifter Jet Mill Sparkler Filter BlanderAgitatedNutsche Filter DryerIsolator NutchFilterVacuum Tray Dryer.
Communication and coordination with another department.
BMR ECR BPR AllplantcleaningrecordDocumentsonline maintain.
Monthly solvent stock.
Ensure Safety measure in the plant is followed.
