Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Being a contact point in Supply Line (SL) during the project lift cycle using a feasible solution to complete the supply project in good quality on time and within budget
- Receiving and processing clarification requests from FL involving internal and external interest groups if charge of receiving the elevator/ component orders from FL and booking the order into the SL order book
- Effective collaboration and communication with and between all stakeholders. Informing FL about any deviations in delivery operations
- Build up all the plans of the project include quality plan sourcing plan delivery plan billing plan etc.
- Maintain and update project documentations to KP binder assure all project files in variPDM with the latest version
- Project variation and scope management identifying and facilitating project related change management activities. Record all variation orders(VO) and follow VO process in SL
- Follow up manufacturing status to assure material delivery on time . Confirming material ordering and transfer price to FL and also actively monitoring material deliveries to minimize project WIP and stock value
- Follow up the Feedback (FB) case providing support for SL claims
- Project closing with PM and internally implement finance report when complete delivery. Prepare Lesson and Learn report Share with others
- Other tasks assigned by Team leader
Qualification
- 1-2 years work experience in Elevator industry Elevator project management experience is preferred.
- PC skills: Microsoft Office; Auto CAD; SAP etc.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Proactive attitude and willing to learn new knowledge.
- Good team work good communication and presentation skill.
- Excellent organizational and co-ordinational skill along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge on quality awareness
