About the Program

We are looking for passionate and driven students to join our growing team for a hands-on internship experience.

Aira Internship Program is a unique opportunity to work across various disciplines in an innovative industrial environment contributing to real projects that support our operations development and digital transformation.

We offer paid internships with an hourly rate and flexible work hours that can perfectly fit your schedule. The opportunity to work on market scouting for state-of-the-art Digital Twin and VR technologies. A chance to contribute to real projects with impact on factory design operator training and supply chain performance.

Whats in it for you

• Hands-on experience in designing laying out and simulating production flows for assembly and in-house manufacturing.
• A deep understanding of the full end-to-end supply chain from inbound trucks and warehouse flows to factory supply of raw materials and components.
• Practical insight into outbound logistics including finished goods movement pre-staging and loading for delivery to market.
• Skill development in SolidWorks (3D) and AutoCAD (2D) through real layout design and modeling tasks.
• The opportunity to explore Virtual Reality (VR) applications in Digital Twin environments and even take the lead on a Proof of Concept project.

What are we looking for

• You are a student with experience or strong interest in 2D/3D design and production simulation.
• You are curious about digitalization factory design and supply chain flows.
• You are interested in Virtual Reality applications for training or have some hands-on experience with them.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are eager to learn motivated to contribute and learn and enjoy collaborating in a team environment.
• Experience or interest in ERP/MES integration is a strong plus.
• You have a good command of Polish and English youll need it to work with technical documentation reports tools and systems.

Important to note:

• Paid internship is based on a civil law agreement (contract of mandate pol. umowa zlecenie a common form of flexible employment in Poland) with an hourly rate of 30.50 PLN gross
• The internship lasts a minimum of 6 months with the possibility of extension up to 1 year. We aim to start as soon as possible.
