Work hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Philippine Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer with strong proficiency in React to join our team. You will work on maintaining existing projects building new features and delivering high-quality client solutions primarily focused on Shopify storefronts and headless commerce implementations.

This role is ideal for someone who is coachable adaptable and eager to grow with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain React-based applications with a focus on Shopify and headless commerce solutions.
Implement new features integrations and enhancements across client projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
Collaborate closely with founders and clients to ensure successful delivery.
Stay current with modern web development practices frameworks and tools.

Must-Have Requirements

3 5 years of full-stack development experience
Strong proficiency in React and front-end development best practices.
Basic knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
Comfort with terminal/command line basics.
Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Coachability willingness and eagerness to learn new tools and frameworks.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Skills in web performance optimization.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor Windsurf Claude Code etc.).
Understanding of SSG/SSR/ISR rendering patterns for web applications.
Experience with Shopify APIs and integrations.
Familiarity with Sanity CMS or other headless CMS platforms.
