Job Summary
We are an independent film production company based in Berlin working in the field of art-house and QUEER adult cinema. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.
Tasks
- Help plan the release and shooting calendar
- Prepare and coordinate materials for social media and newsletters
- Make sure the website and streaming platform run smoothly
- Support customer service and help manage incidents
- Analyze sales and subscription data to improve strategies
- Assist with production when filming (in Berlin or Barcelona): castings coordination basic logistics
Requirements
- Previous experience in creative production communication or project management
- Interest and affinity with artistic and independent cinema
- Strong organizational skills but also initiative and creativity to propose ideas
- Flexibility: one day its Excel another brainstorming another supporting a shoot
- Good command of Excel and Google Sheets
- Fluent English (mandatory). German and Spanish is a strong plus
- Self-employed (freelancer) based in Berlin available to work 25 hours per week (on-site with occasional flexibility)
