Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead Service/Health/Experience Cloud

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to design develop and implement complex Salesforce solutions in the healthcare domain. You will lead a team of developers ensure compliance with industry standards (HIPAA) and drive integrations with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR patient portals).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design development and implementation of Salesforce solutions (Apex LWC Visualforce Flow).
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware applying HL7 and FHIR standards.
- Manage Salesforce environments deployments and CI/CD processes.
- Ensure solutions meet healthcare compliance & security requirements.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with Business Analysts Architects and stakeholders.
- Optimize system performance ensure data quality and implement best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years in Salesforce development/admin with 3 years in a Tech Lead role.
- 3 years implementing Salesforce in healthcare (Health Cloud Service Cloud).
- Proficient in Apex LWC SOQL Visualforce REST/SOAP APIs Flow.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare integrations (HL7 FHIR) and compliance (HIPAA).
- Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I & II Administrator Health Cloud Accredited Professional.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect.
- Experience with Experience Cloud Marketing Cloud Agile methodologies and large-scale data migrations.
