8 15 years of IT experience with minimum 5 years in SAP C4C (Sales & Service Cloud).
Strong experience in C4C configuration business roles workflows approvals scoping.
Hands-on in C4C integrations with SAP ECC/S4 HANA using CPI/HCI/PI.
Expertise in C4C SDK/PDI development custom BOs scripting and UI customization.
Good knowledge of OData SOAP REST APIs for integrations.
Ability to design and deliver reports dashboards and KPIs in C4C.
Strong understanding of Sales Service and Marketing processes in SAP CRM/C4C.
Capable of handling requirement gathering solution design and end-to-end delivery.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills with ability to work in cross-functional teams.
SAP C4C certification / knowledge of S/4 HANA Sales & Service preferred.
