About the Role

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our growing manufacturing team in Addison IL. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive hourly pay steady hours and comprehensive benefits. Youll work with precision equipment in a clean safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts.
Interpret blueprints schematics and work orders to meet production specifications.
Perform routine quality checks using measuring instruments (calipers micrometers gauges).
Troubleshoot adjust and maintain equipment for optimal performance.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work area.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1 years of CNC machining experience preferred (will consider entry-level with technical training).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
Basic knowledge of measuring tools and quality inspection methods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Flexibility to work 1st 2nd or 3rd shift as assigned.

Shifts & Hours

1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
