Job Summary

Position Overview

Client is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and manage the Agile Release Train (ART) for its web platforms. This role requires a strong background in Agile program execution digital delivery and cross-functional collaboration. The RTE will serve as a key leader ensuring alignment between Product Architecture and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality scalable digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Release Train (ART) Leadership

Partner with the Lead RTE to manage ART activities and ensure efficient value delivery.
Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning demos retrospectives and other ART ceremonies.
Build and maintain Jira dashboards Confluence documentation and executive reporting.
Define and drive consistency in cadence reporting and PI objectives across teams.
Coach Scrum Masters Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile practices and delivery alignment.

Delivery Governance & Reporting

Track and report on velocity burn-up/burn-down trends and delivery health.
Identify risks impediments and dependencies; escalate and drive resolution.
Maintain Agile delivery tools and dashboards to ensure transparency.
Support leadership in holding teams accountable to delivery timelines and quality.

Cross-Functional Communication

Manage ART communication channels and Confluence hubs.
Drive alignment knowledge sharing and consistent onboarding across web teams.
Ensure documentation and collaboration tools are up to date and accessible.

Strategic Project Support

Coordinate high-priority cross-product initiatives (e.g. Digital Triage Tool).
Partner with Product Engineering Architecture and DevOps to align delivery with business goals.
Contribute to adoption and change management of delivery frameworks and tools.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
8 years in digital/technical delivery roles.
5 years managing Agile release cycles and aligning delivery with product roadmaps.
3 years as a Release Train Engineer or similar leadership role.
Strong experience with DevOps CI/CD and automation.
Proficiency in Jira Confluence MS Teams Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience collaborating with UX Architecture and Engineering teams
