Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects across various domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives on time within scope and within budget. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management stakeholder communication resource planning risk management and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full lifecycle projects from initiation to closure across multiple departments or business units.
Define project scope goals deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans timelines resource allocation and budgets.
Identify and manage project risks issues and dependencies with a proactive mitigation strategy.
Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks standards and methodologies (e.g. PMBOK Agile PRINCE2).
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering design QA operations and business.
Provide regular status updates dashboards and reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Conduct project retrospectives and apply lessons learned to improve future project delivery.
Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement within project teams.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field. Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
10 years of project management experience with at least 3 5 years in a senior or lead role.
Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Asana Smartsheet).
PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in managing digital transformation software development or infrastructure projects.
Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
Experience working in a matrixed or global team environment.
Familiarity with budgeting financial forecasting and vendor management.
