Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects across various domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives on time within scope and within budget. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management stakeholder communication resource planning risk management and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full lifecycle projects from initiation to closure across multiple departments or business units.
- Define project scope goals deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines resource allocation and budgets.
- Identify and manage project risks issues and dependencies with a proactive mitigation strategy.
- Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks standards and methodologies (e.g. PMBOK Agile PRINCE2).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering design QA operations and business.
- Provide regular status updates dashboards and reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct project retrospectives and apply lessons learned to improve future project delivery.
- Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement within project teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field. Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
- 10 years of project management experience with at least 3 5 years in a senior or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Asana Smartsheet).
- PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing digital transformation software development or infrastructure projects.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
- Experience working in a matrixed or global team environment.
- Familiarity with budgeting financial forecasting and vendor management.
